PSALM Web Site

PSALM is the Pan-Orthodox Society for the Advancement of Liturgical Music.

They held their FIRST National Liturgical Music Conference at St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church in Cicero, Illinois, from August 2-5, 2006.

The Theme of the Conference was: "Sing Praises with Understanding." The sessions focused on various aspects of the word "understanding" -- from understanding each other's expectations to understanding Liturgy, the art of hymnography, and our calling as church musicians.
