The Department consists of Carole A. Buleza, Director, Rosemary Shumski, Administrative Assistant, and a volunteer staff, listed on page one. The Department gratefully acknowledges the support of Metropolitan PHILIP and all the diocesan bishops, and partial funding of its budget by The Order of St. Ignatius.
As the current administration is five years old, a departmental self-study was recently completed in conjunction with the next budget request. The study provided a valuable document, and although not a narrative, an abridged version is offered to the delegates as a concise report of projects and future plans.
