The Department of Convention and Conference Planning has several resources that could assist the Host Parish of the Confernce and Convention:
Convention Manual (updated 2006): This Manual assists the Host Parish in planning, and executing the Bi-annual Archdiocese Convention. This Manual can assist the Host Parish through the completion of the Convention.
Convention Timeline (updated 2001): To enhance the Convention Manual the DCCP has developed a timeline to assist the Host Parish in performing the various task and remaining on schedule.
Diocean Parish Life Conference Manual (updated 2006): This Manual assists the Host Parish in planning, and executing the Diocean Parish Life Conference, Sanctioned By North American Council (NAC), Fellowship. This Manual can assist the Host Parish through the completion of the Conference.
Diocean Parish Life Conference Timeline (updated 2001): To enhance the Conference Manual the DCCP has developed a timeline to assist the Host Parish in performing the various task and remaining on schedule.
Conference/Convention Database: Is a Microsoft Access Database, and will assist the Host Parish in running the Conference's from Printing Mailing forms, entering all aspects of data (i.e., registration, souvenir Journal entries and donations) on a single form, printing Family Statements, Bades (with Event Codes) to entering expenses to printing over 50+ comprehensive reports.
