The Antiochian Archdiocese places a high priority on outreach and communication through a variety of mediums. This is particularly demonstrated by Ancient Faith Ministries, which encompasses both Ancient Faith Publishing and Ancient Faith Radio, an online streaming radio station. Ancient Faith Publishing, formerly Conciliar Press, has been a witness of Orthodox Christianity in the English-speaking world for over thirty years. Ancient Faith Radio broadcasts both Orthodox music and talk in two separate streams twenty-four hours a day.

Ancient Faith Radio Interviews Antiochian Heritage Foundation Chair Fr. Antony Gabriel

Bobby Maddex, Operations Manager of Ancient Faith Radio, recently interviewed Fr. Antony Gabriel, the Chairman of the Antiochian Heritage Foundation. As the retired rector of St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church of Montreal, Quebec, and the author of "Reflections on the Priesthood," Fr. Gabriel reflects back on his fruitful and active years of ministry that commenced when he was ordained in his early twenties. 

If you love God, you'll love people; and if you love people, you'll love God," says Fr. Antony in the interview. "My life has been about people." Father Gabriel is also the author of the forthcoming book Silence: A Diary of Suffering and Redemption, published by Westbow Press.


Audio of Clergy Symposium Now Available at Ancient Faith Radio

Audio of the lectures given by Metropolitan Hierotheos (Vlachos) at the July 18–22 Archdiocesan Clergy Symposium, convened by Metropolitan Joseph and hosted at Antiochian Village by the Antiochian House of Studies, may now be accessed at Ancient Faith Radio. The three lectures are titled: "Orthodoxy Theology and Western Theology,""Orthodox Psychotherapy in Relation to Modern Western Psychology," and "Biology, Bioethics, and Biotheology."

The interpreter is Anastasios Filippides, Economist (B.A. Yale University, M.A. Georgetown University). Secondary interpreter is Dr. Christopher Veniamin, Professor of Patristics at St. Tikhon's Orthodox Theological Seminary in South Canaan, PA and founder and president of Mount Thabor Publishing. Metropolitan Hierotheos serves the Metropolis of Nafpaktos and Agios Vlasios in the Church of Greece. 

Ancient Faith Radio Special Features Podcasts on Antiochian Saints

Five talks on Antiochian saints were given at the Annual Conference of the Antiochian Orthodox Christian Archdiocese of the British Isles and Ireland. Held at the Hayes Conference Centre in Swanwick, Derbyshire, UK, from May 23-25, 2016, the Conference featured the theme, "Lights from Antioch," and was recorded for Ancient Faith Radio. The saints featured are: Hieromartyr and God-bearer, Ignatios of Antioch, St. John Chrysostom, St. Ephrem the Syrian, St. John of Damascus, and St. Raphael of Brooklyn.
