SOYO Diocesan Nomination Form Available

Those running for SOYO Diocesan Office need to download the Diocesan Nomination Form and have it signed by their pastor and parent (if under 18) prior to the Parish Life Conference.  This form must be turned into your Diocesan Spiritual Advisor or Youth Director prior to your Diocesan SOYO meeting at the Parish Life Conference.
