How to Apply
Congratulations on your decision to pursue graduate education with the Antiochian House of Studies!
Currently, all applications are received by mail.
When you’re ready to apply, please
- Contact Archdeacon Peter
- Gather your materials
- Send your application & materials to AHoS

Gather Materials
Begin gathering your materials. The full application will include:
- The completed application form
- A letter from your pastor, recommending you to the program (For Clergy: include a letter from your bishop or pertinent ecclesiastical authority.)
- A brief autobiography with an emphasis on church activities
- A statement of your reason for applying to the program
- A non-refundable application fee of fifty dollars (US $50.00) by check or money order, payable to “The Antiochian Archdiocese” designated for “Antiochian House of Studies”
- A recent full-face photograph

Timing
Please confirm the timing of your application.
Stephen’s Certificate (All tracks)
The St. Stephen’s Certificate program duration is three years. Applications must be submitted by August 15 of the year students intend to begin.
(A leave of absence may be requested, for some period of time, in special cases.)
Timeline – St. Stephen’s Master of Arts
Applications must be submitted by September 15 of the year students intend to begin. The St. Stephen’s Master of Arts Program duration is four years.
