Youth and Young Adult Ministry opportunities

Syndesmos: The World Fellowship of Orthodox Youth- Orthodox Church in America Youth are official members of this fellowship of Orthodox youth movements from all over the world. Most events are targeted to young adults 18+

  • OCF.net- The official website of Orthodox Christian Fellowship (the campus ministry effort of the Standing Conference of Canonical Orthodox Bishops in the Americas' - SCOBA.)
  • Orthodox Christian Mission Center- This agency of the Standing Conference of Canonical Orthodox Bishops in the Americas (SCOBA) sends teams to places throughout the world to preach and teach about Christ and His Church.
  • International Orthodox Christian Charities- This SCOBA agency offers internship and employment opportunities for young adults in the area of national and international humanitarian aid.
  • Project Mexico / St Innocent's Orphanage- Teen, young adult, and adults come to build homes for the poor of Mexico, while the orphanage provides a home for young teenage boys who would otherwise be forced to live on the street.
  • Raphael House- The mission of this Church-based agency is to help families at risk achieve stable housing and financial independence, while strengthening family bonds. Internships are available for 3, 6, and 9 months for people interested in realizing Christ's command to serve their neighbor. Be sure to check out the 10 minute online video.
